How do I cancel my auto-renew subscription?
Yes, of course, you can. Please contact us to help you cancel the auto-renew subscription at any time.
Generally, you will receive an email 7 days prior to the end of the subscription, which includes the instructions to
either continue the subscription or cancel the subscription.
How long can I receive the license code after payment?
Usually, you will receive an email containing your license key within 5 minutes of payment. If you haven't received it 30 minutes after payment, please contact us.
Why the recovered files cannot be opened?
A file is saved as 2 parts on the storage device: directory info (which is comprised of the file name, timestamp and size info, etc.) and data content. If the files with original file names and folder structures cannot be opened, one possible reason is the corrupted directory info. There is still a chance to open it again after repairing it with some tools. But if the data content is damaged, there is no way to open it again.
Can I recover the files back to the original drive?
No, we highly recommend saving the recover files to a different drive. But you can move it back to the original drive after
restoring.
The storage structure of the lost files would be altered or damaged by any changes on the drive. If you save the
recovered files back to the same drive, the original data structures and data content would be corrupted or overwritten, which
causes permanent data loss. So you should prepare another disk to save the files.
